Key Features
"Japanese Aomori Black Garlic" is a health food made from garlic grown in Aomori Prefecture, Japan’s top garlic producer. Planted in autumn and enduring harsh winters, the garlic becomes sweeter. Carefully aged for weeks, it loses its pungency, resulting in a sweet, fruity, and smooth black garlic. Its health benefits are researched at universities, and it is exported to 25 countries. In recognition of its quality, it was registered as a GI by Japan in 2024.
