“Ayase Tonsuki-menchi” is an original minced meat cutlet that condenses the delicious flavor of Ayase's local dish, “Tonsuki.” “Tonsuki” originated in Ayase, the birthplace of Kouza pork, and has been served at pig farmers' competitions since the early Showa period, essentially as a meal for professionals.
