Services
- The IPR Application & Acquisition Helpdesk offers free-of-charge consultation services on acquisition of intellectual property rights, as well as on handling of applications for patents & utility models, designs and trademarks.
- Experienced IPR experts of the Helpdesk accept various questions concerning IPRs via e-mail, postal mail, telephone or face-to-face interview.
- Answers or advisory comments for the mailed inquiries will be given within three working days after your inquiry is accepted.
- Telephone consultations (in Japanese) are available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and face-to-face consultations (in Japanese) are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
